Our orthodontic team is dedicated to you and your health! From the moment you enter our door until you leave, we intend to make it better than you expect. We pride ourselves on your happiness and success. We intend to make your orthodontic care experiences in our office so positive, that if you have any friends or relatives that need orthodontic care, you will feel comfortable recommending them to our office. Your referral is a measure of our success.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that emergencies sometimes require missing an appointment, however missed appointments do extend your treatment and interfere with our efforts to provide the best care, so please help us so that we can do the best for you.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We are set up to accept insurance payments. Some insurance companies will make payments to offices directly; some send payments to the patient. Our Insurance Coordinator will assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits.
